In a nutshell.

 

​We are a Registered Canadian Not for Profit Society working in International Development with projects in Cambodia, Uganda and Chile. (501c3 in the USA and Charitable Status in Australia pending)

 

Our Aim is to connect high-need, high-value projects in the developing world with the resources they require for success

 

We are a non profit organization that works across a range of fields in international development with our current flagship project based in Siem Reap, working in anti-child trafficking.

 

We were founded in 2010 by Robyn Savage while working with UNICEF in Uganda.  We don't provide charity; we provide training, resources and strategic planning for humanitarian project success.  

 

We don't fund projects forever.  We asses needs, establish a plan and timeline (3-7 years usually) making sure that by the time we leave, they are paying their own bills and no longer need us- or anyone else for that matter- reducing exploitation, increasing independence and promoting project ownership.

 

Why do we do what we do, how we do it? Because charity doesn't work, it's unsustainable. In lieu of asking donors to be continuously generous and creating a dependence on our services, we go in for a set amount of time, expect results and only fund people and projects that are willing to work with us to get things done.

 

With a qualified team of professionals in the field, we go in and get things done effectively, creating sustinable results. We expect the same performance and deliverables one would of a small business. We are essentially a project management team, educated in international development, law, human rights, business, logistics, security, supply chain management, corporate social responsibility and administration.  We offer project management and organizational development services to international development ground projects in emerging and post-conflict economies.
