Our field team members tend to meet a person, discover a  project or semi- established program in a developing country  that needs a hand. We identify the leaders, key stakeholders and  main resources  needed for success.      

We ask a lot of            questions, get to know the community & take our                  project proposal to our field team for  approval.  We  ID         the resources required, establish a timeline  for                        project completion and basically find a way to  build                up the project so that by the time we leave the                project pays its own bills and no longer needs us,               or anyone else for that matter.
